Catch a Lightning Ray

When I feel the lightning
wanna strike me today
and rains of confusion
are coming my way
I’ll will be running
looking for a place to hide
on the slippery roads
I try to stride
I gotta keep on going along the way
I gotta keep on running and catch a lightning ray

And I see a shelter
for the thunder and rain
but when i’m getting closer
I feel linked to a chain
and i start to wonder
what is this all about
am I alone here
yet chained to the crowd
and all things down
are they like above
I know I am
guess that’s enough

I gotta keep on going along the way
I gotta keep on running and catch a lightning ray
